Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime — effective at the end of your current billing period.
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes. Membership is not health insurance. You’ll still want coverage for emergencies, specialists, hospitalizations, imaging, and other care outside your primary care physician’s scope.
What if I don’t use all my appointments?
That’s okay! Unused appointments don’t roll over, but you’re always welcome to message your physician anytime. Many members use messaging more than scheduled calls.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
